Rural Scott County's COVID-19 positives have slowed significantly this month in Eldridge, Long Grove, Princeton and Blue Grass, which experienced spikes in September.
A new town-by-town breakdown provided by the Scott County Health Department Oct. 13 shows Eldridge with just 13 cases so far this month, after hitting 96 in September, it's worst month so far.
Princeton fell from 15 in September to below six. Long Grove dropped from 23 to fewer than six. Blue Grass went from 21 to under six. The health department does not release town totals under six for fear of identifying individuals.

Davenport has 210 in October, and reported 518 in September, its worst month.
