Wednesday night, Linda and I took advantage of an early season special at Circa '21 Dinner Theatre to see the classic "White Christmas." Bing Crosby and Rosemary Clooney, stars of the 1954 movie, were not on stage, but Kyle Defauw and Melissa Whitworth rendered a dreamy rendition of the Irving Berlin classic, "Count Your Blessings."

Three Lancers qualify for State This first sanctioned season of Iowa high school girls’ wrestling has one more chapter to be written, and the main characters for North Scott are Jorie Hanenburg, Khylie Wainwright and Madison Andrews.

Eight on the podium Scarlet and silver were all over the podium on Saturday as the Lancers earned eight top-three finishes and five top-two finishes at the MAC boys’ wrestling championships on Saturday hosted by Central DeWitt.
