May 13, 1982: The North Scott Fine Arts Auditorium was officially dedicated on May 9. Architect Jerry Miller presented a key to the facility to school board president Gene Schneckloth. Congressman Jim Leach spoke, and there were also performances by the North Scott Symphonic Band and the North Scott Singers.
