$29K to fix traffic signal at U.S. 61 exit ramp

Eldridge council okayed a $29,428 installation of a new video traffic signal detector at the U.S. 61 northbound exit ramp and LeClaire Road, to replace a concrete loop that’s been broken for nearly a year.
