Mr. and Mrs. Dean Stecher of Stockton will be honored with an open house on Saturday, Dec. 1 in celebration of their 40th wedding anniversary. Friends and family are invited to the Durant American Legion from 4 until 8 p.m. No gifts, please.
Dean F. Stecher and Pamela J. Korthaus were united in marriage on Dec. 1, 1978 in Durant.
Dean has farmed all of his life in Muscatine County. Pamela has also farmed in Muscatine County alongside Dean.
They are the parents of Tracy (Ronnie) Woods of Mt. Morris, Illinois and Jessica (Dustin) Marolf of Tipton.
They have four grandchildren, Ahnilycia, Madilynn, Harper and Drake.
