Paul Hurd of Kenosha, Wis., was the big winner in Week One of the Advocate News Football Contest. He missed one, with a tiebreaker of 49, the closest to the total number of points in Iowa State’s 30-9 win over UNI. Hurd will receive the $25 first prize.
