Ronald W. Rath, 66, of Wilton, died on Thursday, Nov. 29, 2018 at his home.
Private family inurnment will be held at the Rock Island National Cemetery with full military honors.
Memorial contributions may be made to The Wall that Heals, the traveling Vietnam memorial.
Ronald was born in Davenport on Oct. 12, 1952 to Bernhart and Etta (Gage) Rath.
Ron retired from the U.S. Army after 20 years of service.
Ron is survived by his daughter Stephanie (Terry) Benway of Moscow, two grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Preceding him in death are his parents, three sisters and three brothers.
