Myron Lee Puck, 82, of Stockton, died on Monday, April 15, 2019 at Courtyard Estates of Walcott.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 19 from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Bentley Funeral Home in Durant.

Funeral services were held on Saturday at 10:30 a.m. at the Blue Grass Presbyterian Church in Blue Grass.

Interment took place in the Walcott Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Blue Grass Presbyterian Church or Myron Puck Memorial fund.

Myron was born in Davenport on June 24, 1936 to Adolph and Ella (Glaser) Puck.

Myron graduated from Davenport High School in 1954. He married LaVerda D. Bergert on June 8, 1957 in Davenport. She preceded him in death on Nov. 2, 2017. He farmed in Muscatine County.

He was a past member of the board of directors of the Walcott Elevator, a former 4-H leader and a member of the Golden Guernsey Association.

He enjoyed attending county fairs.

Myron is survived by his sons Kelvin (Marianne) Puck of Stockton and Kraig Puck of Muscatine; his daughter Kelley (David) Moses of Davenport; his grandchildren: Audie Puck, Melissa (Jacob) Peeters, Mindy (Cain) Kahl, Mandy (Griffin) Paulson and Emily and Erin Puck; seven great-grandchildren; brother Robert (Arlene) Kappeler; and sister Marlene Kaczinski.

He was preceded in death by his parents, stepmother Malinda, his wife, sister Maxine Warnecke and brother Wayne Kappeler.
