Authorities are still investigating a crash that occurred in Muscatine County March 13 at the intersection of Moscow Road and Highway 6.
According to a report from the Iowa State Patrol, a 2015 Buick Lacrosse driven by Desiree De Leon, 34, of Muscatine was traveling northbound on Moscow Road and collided with a 2019 Ford F150 driven by Donald Gatzke, 61, of Atalissa, who was traveling westbound on Highway 6.
All involved in the accident, including De Leon, Gatzke, and Jessica Smith, 36, of Buffalo, were transported to the University of Iowa Hospitals & Clinics.
Assisting the state patrol were the Muscatine County Sheriff’s Office, Wilton Police Department, Durant EMS, West Liberty EMS and air care services.
