Silas Jordan Jacobs, the son of Kelsey and Marc Jacobs of Muscatine, celebrated his first birthday on Jan. 20 with a pizza party at Happy Joe’s. Silas was born on Jan. 2, 2018.
His grandparents are Karen Walwer, Gary Gaskey, Rhonda Hill, Marc Jacobs Sr. and Jenny Jacobs.
