Caitlyn Rouse celebrated her first birthday with a Paw Patrol party at Norwalk Easter Public Library on Jan. 13. The daughter of Mike and Kathleen Rouse of Norwalk, Iowa, Caitlyn was born on Jan. 12, 2017.
Helping her celebrate was her sister Elise, who turned 4 on Jan. 10. Zounds the Clown was also at the party making balloons for the kids. There was lots of laughter and great memories made.
Caitlyn’s grandparents are David and Becky Nolte of Wilton and Randy and Julie Rouse of Corydon, Iowa.
