Parents with children turning five on or before Sept. 15, 2019 within the Durant Community School District can visit the school office, located inside the high school entrance, to have their child’s name put on the kindergarten list. Kindergarten packets will also be given at that time.
Information and paperwork will then need to be filled out and returned.
If the child is already a Durant preschool student, a packet and sign-up sheet will be sent home. Those students do not need to be called in.
All children who do not currently attend Durant preschool need to have their names called in and kindergarten packets picked up by March 7.
