Fred C. Best, 64, of Wilton, passed away on Wednesday, March 20, 2019, at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics, Iowa City.
A funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, March 26 at the Ralph J. Wittich-Riley-Freers Funeral Home. Reverend Sharon Phillips will officiate. Burial will take place in Greenwood Cemetery at a later date.
Visitation will be from 3 until 7 p.m. on Monday, March 25 at the funeral home.
