The annual Tug Fest will be held in LeClaire with events from Thursday, Aug. 9 through Saturday, Aug. 11. The main event, the tug-of-war across the Mississippi River between LeClaire, Iowa and Port Byron, Ill., is from 12:30-2:30 p.m. on Saturday.
