Students speak confidentially

North Scott officials estimate up to 70 percent of the high school student body has participated in the Juuling craze. Students peg that number to be even higher. Since the beginning of the school year, 19 high school students have been suspended from classes for using Juuls or similar devices. That represents 38 percent of all suspensions.
