Three new deputies joined the Scott County sheriff’s force, as part of its expansion to 58 deputies, which now includes North Scott graduate Thade Gottschalk, former Blue Grass and Davenport officer Murphy Blocker, and new University of Iowa graduate Brett Rappel.
