The Scott County Republican Party will hold its 9th Annual Ronald Reagan Dinner on Oct. 10 at the Quad Cities Waterfront Convention Center, Bettendorf, with the doors opening at 5 p.m. The featured speaker will be U.S. Senator Joni Ernst giving a DC Congressional update.
