Olive-Ciampi vows to be exchanged Oct. 19

Emily Olive of Dixon and Eric Ciampi of Westford, Mass., are engaged to be married.

The couple will be married Oct. 19 in Dixon. Pastor Scott Meyer will officiate the 2:30 p.m. ceremony. A reception will follow at the Dixon American Legion Post 353, with entertainment by Gr8Dane Music Entertainment.

Amber Olive will serve as maid of honor. Bridesmaids will be Katie Wielbrenner and Amber Claussen, and Emmy Waters will be flower girl.

Adam Ciampi will serve as best man. Groomsmen will be Nolan Laflamme and Josh Meyer, and Julian Olive-Speer will be ring bearer. Scott Driscoll will serve as usher.

Emily is the daughter of Dave and Tammy Olive of Dixon. She is the granddaughter of Butch Steines. She graduated from North Scott High School, and is employed by Vera French.

Eric is the son of Joe and Kathy Ciampi of Westford. He is the grandson of John Ciampi and Theresa Bowser. He graduated from Westford Academy and Unity Point, and is serving in the U.S. Army. 

The couple will reside in Dixon.
