A funeral service for Terri Lee “Murph” Murphy, 62, of Davenport, was held at noon on Tuesday, Jan. 28, in the Runge Mortuary Chapel, Davenport. Visitation was two hours prior to the service on Tuesday at the mortuary.
Ms. Murphy died Thursday, Jan. 16, 2020, at Genesis East Medical Center, Davenport.
Terri Murphy was born June 8, 1957, in Davenport, the daughter of Patrick and Barbara (Theer) Murphy.
She was a firefighter with the Davenport Fire Department, retiring after 20 years of service.
Her hobbies were spending time with her family, going to the movies, camping, playing cards, and cooking.
Survivors include her children, Brandi Powell, Bettendorf, and Anthony Powell and Corie (William) Bauman, all of DeWitt; 10 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and her siblings, Robert Murphy, Kelly (Robert) Wiley, Brad (Cheryl) Murphy, and Tracy (Steven) Lietch.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
