A celebration of life service for Sharon Lynne Ridley, 58, of Phoenix, Ariz., will be held at a later date. Interment will be in the Walcott Cemetery.
Ms. Ridley died unexpectedly on Sunday, March 24, 2019, at her home.
Sharon Marten was born Aug. 24, 1960, in Davenport, the daughter of Elmer and Dorothy (Fischer) Marten. She graduated from North Scott High School, and later graduated from Scott Community College with a degree in interior design.
She worked for many years as an interior designer in Davenport. For the past 16 years, she had been employed as a legal assistant for Hammerman & Hultgren PC Law Firm in Phoenix.
She belonged to many non-profit dog rescue organizations.
Her hobbies were going to farmer’s markets, going on day trips with her best friend, being outdoors, and walking her dogs.
She is survived by a host of family and friends.
She was preceded in death by a son, Adam Keller, and her father, Elmer Marten.
Memorials may be made to a non-profit dog rescue organization of the donor’s choice.
