A celebration of life for Romona Lee Asleson, 72, of Princeton, will be held from 2-6 p.m. Wednesday, July 26 (today), at Boll’s Community Center, Princeton. The Runge Mortuary, Davenport, is assisting the family with arrangements.
Mrs. Asleson died Monday, July 17, 2023, at her home.
Romona Gross was born July 24, 1950, in Rock Island, the daughter of Maurice and Mary (Solomon) Gross.
She married Roger Asleson on April 24, 1970.
Survivors include her husband, Roger; daughters Tammy (Brian) Stevens, Las Vegas, Nev., and Julia Nelson, Princeton; son Allen (Laura) Asleson, Princeton; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and her siblings, Shirley Murray of Kentucky, John (Rita) Gross, Rock Island, and Clara (Pete) Deklein, DeWitt.
