Visitation for Jerry Vince Hanson, 65, of Davenport, will be held from 4-7 p.m. Wednesday, March 6 (today), at the Runge Mortuary, Davenport. Per his wishes, the rite of cremation will be accorded.
Mr. Hanson died Friday, March 1, 2019.
Jerry Hanson was born April 18, 1953, in Reno, Nev., the son of Jerry and Donna (Watson) Hanson. He graduated from Rock Island High School and Augustana College.
He married Jean Forster on Aug. 28, 1976.
He retired from Blackhawk Foundry.
Survivors include his wife; his daughters, Jennifer (Richard) and Jessica; his grandchildren, Fred, Ada and Xavier; his siblings, Dale (Diane), Lisa (Keith), Jim and John (Janel); and his siblings-in-law, Diane, Chuck, Jim (Julia) and Christine.
Memorials may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
