A celebration of life service for Frederick Christian “Fred” Steen, 82, of Clinton, will be held from 2-4 p.m. Wednesday, May 22 (today), at Lemke Funeral Homes – South Chapel, Clinton. Per his wishes, cremation rites have been accorded.
Mr. Steen died Friday, May 17, 2019, at Genesis Medical Center, Davenport.
Frederick Steen was born Dec. 17, 1936, in Welton Township, Clinton County, the son of Christian and Zola (Webb) Steen. He graduated from Elvira High School in 1954.
