A funeral service for Charles W. Keehn, 83, of Thibodaux, La., formerly of Bettendorf, was held at 10 a.m. Friday, June 28, in the Runge Mortuary Chapel, Davenport. Visitation was one hour prior to the service on Friday at the mortuary. Burial was in Davenport Memorial Park.
Mr. Keehn died Tuesday, June 18, 2019.
Charles Keehn was born March 31, 1936, in Waukon, Iowa, the son of Edwin and Dora Keehn.
He served in the U.S. Air Force.
He married Juliet Iverson on June 8, 1957. She preceded him in death.
He worked as an electrician at Genesis East and was a retiree of IBEW Local 145.
His hobbies were spending time with his family and woodworking.
Survivors include a daughter, Denise Jones; a son, Rory (Catherine) Keehn; his grandchildren, Sara (Jeff) Loquist, Kathryn (James) Howard, Kristin (Basil) Jones, Caitlin (Steven) Stroud, and Nora Keehn; and numerous great-grandchildren.
In addition to his wife, he was preceded in death by his siblings.
