Obituary: Ann Mosher

A time of remembrance for Ann Mosher, 78, of Eldridge, will be held from noon – 3 p.m. Friday, Dec. 7, at Chambers Funeral Home, Eldridge.

Mrs. Mosher died Friday, Nov. 30, 2018, at Genesis East Medical Center, Davenport.

Ann Rowe was born Sept. 7, 1940, in Syracuse, N.Y., the daughter of Thomas and Alice (Sales) Rowe.

She married Thomas Mosher on Nov. 3, 1962, in Skaneateles, N.Y.

She worked as an x-ray technician in New York and Maryland and taught radiology technology to new students. She worked at the Eldridge branch of the Scott County Library for 10 years.

Her hobbies were sewing, making jewelry, and cooking.

Survivors include her husband; her daughters, Alice (Mark) Anderson, Manhattan, Kan., and Julie Mosher, Eldridge; her grandchildren, Faith Ann Mosher and Sierra Johnson; and her brothers, David Rowe, Murfreesboro, Tenn., and Tommy Rowe, Harrisburg, Penn.

She was preceded in death by her sister, Barbara Brown.
