North Scott grad assumes key role at IHSAA – Chris Cuellar lands job promoting high school athletes

It’s been a busy year for 2007 North Scott graduate Chris Cuellar, and while he wouldn’t necessarily recommend buying a house, getting married and changing jobs, there’s no doubt he’s wearing an ear-to-ear smile these days.
