Marlene Mullins
Marlene Mullins of Baring, Mo., will be honored with a surprise party on March 10, for her 80th birthday. Area family members will host the celebration from 1-4 p.m. at the Blue Grass American Legion, 106 S. Juniata St. No gifts, please.
Marlene Best was born Feb. 22, 1938, in Stockton. She was married to the late Dave Mullins. She was employed at the Print Shop in Davenport.
