The people who work at the U.S. Postal Service's Business Mail Entry Unit (BMEU) for the Rock Island region, which is located south of the Quad City International Airport in Moline, told us that last week was the first business day in 38 years that mail did not leave that facility to go to area post offices. Not just one day, but two.
