Janice Collins of Clinton celebrated her 80th birthday with family dinner on May 8.
Janice Dietrich was born May 8, 1938, in Burtrum, Minn. She married Jack Collins on May 5, 1957, in Clinton. He died Jan. 28, 2018.
She was the owner of the Collins Flower Cart, retiring in 2014.
She enjoys traveling, family, and flowers.
Her children are Jeff Collins of Topeka, Kan., Jody (Don) Thiessen of Long Grove, Julie Becker (Dave Young) of Clinton, and Joel Collins (Amanda Grajewski) of Fulton, Ill. Her grandchildren are Jason and Jean Collins, Daniel and Ali Collins, Melissa Collins, David and Ashlee Collins, Ryan Erling (Samantha Whitmarsh), Mariah Becker, and Jordan Collins. She has 10 great-grandchildren.
