Gov. Reynolds certifies Princeton property for corporate development

Iowa Gov. Kim Reynolds joined more than 100 local and state leaders to celebrate certification of the Anderson 400 property in Princeton as an environmentally sustainable development site.

The certification follows three years of preparation by the Paul and Marijo Anderson family. The property is platted with subdivision for multiple buyers, but the family is looking first for a single corporate entity to establish a corporate headquarters, medical center or non-manufacturing site that would keep trails and vistas open to the public at times.
