Frances Jugenheimer Gingras of Port Orange, Fla., will celebrate her 95th birthday Sept. 21-22 at Aku Tiki Beach Resort, Daytona Beach, Fla. Numerous guests from the Eldridge area will be making the trip to celebrate.
Frances Jugenheimer was born Sept. 20, 1923. She married Frank Gingras in Davenport in 1947. He is deceased.
She is a retired teacher and began her teaching career in a one-room schoolhouse in Eldridge.
She is active in the Catholic Church.
Her children are Mary Jo (David) Kuhn, Gerald (Cindy) Gingras, Ruth (Arnie) Anderson, Frank (Pamela) Gingras, Richard (Debbie) Gingras, Esther (David) Bennett, John (Kim) Gingras, and Frances (Paul) Novak. She has many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
