Figge Art Museum receives major gift from family of Carolyn C. Moon

The Figge Art Museum will name the second-floor gallery at the museum the Carolyn C. Moon Gallery in acknowledgment of a major gift from her family, it was announced this week. A private reception was held on Aug. 12 with family and friends to remember, celebrate and honor the life of Carolyn C. Moon, whose family founded the Iowa 80 Truckstop at Walcott.
