The Eldridge Lions Club on Monday celebrated its distinction of being among 10 percent of Lions clubs worldwide deemed Model Clubs. The honor goes to clubs who have achieved service and fundraising goals. This year, the Lions Club International Foundation (LCIF) award went to 5,475, of nearly 50,000 clubs worldwide.
