Eldridge examines sewer hook-up fees – Rustic Ridge owner seeks reasons behind $2,500 fee

Rustic Ridge Golf Course owner Kevin Wohlford says he is willing to pay to hook into Eldridge’s sewer system. But he wants to know how Eldridge set its $2,500 connection fee, even though the city will not incur any cost for his hook-up.
