A memorial service for Shirley F. Haugen, 71, of Bettendorf, will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 25, in the Runge Mortuary Chapel, Davenport. Per her wishes, cremation rites have been accorded.
Ms. Haugen died Monday, Aug. 13, 2018, at UnityPoint Medical Center, Bettendorf.
