A funeral service for Sally I. Jacobsen, 63, of Dixon, will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 15, at St. Paul's United Church of Christ in Wheatland. Burial will follow at St. Patrick's Cemetery, Big Rock. Visitation will be Wednesday, Nov. 14, from 3-8 p.m. at the church. The Chapman Funeral Home, Wheatland, is assisting the family with arrangements.
Mrs. Jacobsen died Saturday, Nov. 10, 2018, at Genesis East Medical Center, Davenport.
