A funeral service and Mass of Christian Burial for John Schinckel Jr., 92, of Maysville, will be held at 3:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 20, at Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church, Davenport. Burial will be in the Maysville Cemetery. Visitation will be two hours prior to Mass on Thursday at the church. The Halligan-McCabe-DeVries Funeral Home, Davenport, is assisting the family with arrangements.
Mr. Schinckel died Sunday, Sept. 16, 2018, at the Clarissa C. Cook Hospice House, Bettendorf.
Memorials may be made to the Maysville Fire Department, the Our Lady of Victory Foundation, or the Clarissa C. Cook Hospice House.
