John A. Moffit, 87, of DeWitt, previously of Mechanicsville, died Wednesday, July 24, 2019, at Genesis Medical Center, Davenport. Per his wishes, his body has been donated to The University of Iowa. No funeral will be held, and military services will be held at a later date. The Runge Mortuary, Davenport, is assisting the family with arrangements.
