A celebration of life service for JoEllyn Bradley, 73, of Bettendorf, will be held at noon on Sunday, Dec. 15, at the Runge Mortuary, Davenport. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service on Sunday at the mortuary.
Mrs. Bradley died Thursday, Dec. 5, 2019, at the Clarissa C. Cook Hospice House, Bettendorf.
