A funeral service for James Allen Russell, 75, of Davenport, will be held at noon on Thursday, June 13, at the Runge Mortuary and Crematory, Davenport. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service on Thursday at the mortuary. Per his wishes, cremation rites have been accorded, and private burial will be at a later date.
Mr. Russell died Friday, June 7, 2019, at Davenport Select Specialty Hospital.
