A committal service for Jack E. Starr, 92, of Davenport, will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, June 1, in the Mausoleum Chapel at Davenport Memorial Park. Military honors will follow. Cremation rites will be accorded. The Runge Mortuary, Davenport, is assisting the family with arrangements.
Mr. Starr died Sunday, May 26, 2019.
