A celebration of life service for Frederick Christian "Fred" Steen, 82, of Clinton, will be held from 2-4 p.m. Wednesday, May 22, at Lemke Funeral Homes - South Chapel, Clinton. Honoring his wishes, cremation rites were accorded.
Mr. Steen died Friday, May 17, 2019, at Genesis Medical Center, Davenport.
