Delma Mae "Dee" Steffen, 85, of Davenport, died Wednesday, July 24, 2019, at Bettendorf Health Care Center. No services will be held, and cremation will take place at Trimble Crematory, Moline, under the direction of Cremation Society of the Quad Cities.
Memorials may be made to St. Paul Lutheran Church, Davenport.
