A memorial service for Connie Kay Noe, 57, of Davenport, will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 22, at the Bettendorf Community Center, 2204 Grant St. The Runge Mortuary, Davenport, is assisting the family with arrangements.
Ms. Noe died Wednesday, Nov. 13, 2019, at Genesis East Medical Center, Davenport.
