Blue Grass residents on board with infrastructure project

After a pair of town hall meetings and door-to-door knocking effort by Blue Grass city staff, all 47 property owners along a half-mile stretch of North Mississippi Street from Mayne to Lauretta streets are on board with a mostly federal and state grant-funded major infrastructure project.
