Laura and Zach White of Eldridge are the parents of a son born at 12:48 p.m. March 22 at Genesis East Medical Center, Davenport.
Declan Joel weighed 7 lbs., 10 oz., and was 19 inches long.
He is welcomed by a brother, Grayson, 12.
Grandparents are Tom and Donna Leiting of Eldridge, and Matt and Conie White of Maysville.
