100 degrees forecast: Leaders brace for hot 'BIXBRAI'

Pity the weatherman. Sometimes we want his/her forecast to be right, and sometimes not. With temps expected in the mid- to upper 90s, and maybe even 100, this is a week we wish they’d be wrong – especially with “BIXBRAI” on Saturday.
